These terms apply when you visit our website (lovinoventx.com), place an order with The Lovin' Oven, or receive text messages, emails or mail from us. The Lovin' Oven is operated by Petit Four LLC, 181 Historic Town Square, Lancaster, Texas 75146 ("we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Text messages (SMS)
Program. The Lovin' Oven sends text messages to customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages are about your orders (questions about your cake design, requests for photos, order confirmations and status updates, pickup and delivery reminders) and, only if you separately agreed to them, occasional offers such as a birthday cake reminder.
Consent. You agree to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and checking the text message box when you order or ask for a quote, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile carrier.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, reply START or ask us.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (972) 227-4425.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Emails and postal mail
If you give us your email address, we send you emails about your orders, and news or offers only if you agreed to receive them. Every promotional email has an unsubscribe link. If you give us your postal address, we may send you mail such as a birthday or holiday card; ask us at any time to stop.
Orders
Prices, deposits, lead times, and cancellation or change rules for custom orders are confirmed with you when you place your order. Pictures on our website and in our messages show examples: handmade cakes and pastries may look slightly different. Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, nuts and other allergens; tell us about any allergy before ordering, as we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.
When you send us photos or designs for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to make your order.
Our website
The content of this website, including our name, logo, text and photos, belongs to Petit Four LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission. We do our best to keep the information on the website (menu, prices, hours) accurate, but it may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
